Weight Optimization

USANA's RESET program is a five day cleans that helps cut your carbohydrate cravings and cleans your body of unwanted toxins,.  It is a great way to start a weight optimization program.  I have been using Dr. Ray Strand's Healthy for Life program to continue my weight optimization program (the program is for weight loss or gain, depending on what your body needs).  This program has been studied by both the University of Utah and the University of Colorado Denver.  For me, the nice side effect of this program is a drop in cholesterol, weight, and inches on the waist.  We also work with a top rated cycling nutritionist, Michael Lovegren, if you would like information about nutrition needed at different activity levels

$91,800 is the average yearly income for an established, full-time USANA Associate (Gold Director and above). $23,225 is the annual average of those who earned as little as one commission check each month. Surveys show that 83% of all Associates self-report they joined USANA to "improve their health."
