- There are adult and youth programs available. The adult program is Dr. Ray Strand's Healthy for Life program.
- The first study of Healthy for Life was done at the University of Utah.
- The most recent study was done at the University of Colorado Denver.
- Healthy for Life starts with USANA's RESET program, which takes five day and helps to cut carbohydrate cravings and helps detoxify the body.

"Compensation Plan"
This was the best compensation plan in the industry since 1997. In August 2008, USANA enhanced it to add matching bonuses.
"Matching Bonus"
With Matching Bonus, becoming a Platinum Pacesetter (sponsoring four people in the first 42 days you are an Associate) and helping each of your Associates to become a Platinum Pacesetter is key.
- If you are a Platinum Pacesetter and you sponsor a Platinum Pacesetter, you will receive a bonus matching their commission for 32 weeks.
- For example, if you have five sponsored Palitinum Pacesetters and each is earning a commission of 1,000 CVP (Commission volume Points), you will receive a Matching Bonus of 5,000 CVP. In the United States, 1,000 CVP = $1,000. There are equivalent Matching Bonuses available in all countries where USANA is present.
- As a side note, if you have people you would like to sponsor in other countries, there are some great tax benefits available for traveling to give a scheduled presentation.
